Porsche sales decrease by 32 percent in year 2009

Porsche sales graph goes down for the first nine months in year 2009 by 32 percent as compared to the year 2008. The report is announced today by the Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) lnc. This decreasing trend is due to the competition in the auto market and may be due to the lack of interest by the consumers. However Porsche sales have flourished for month September this year by 8.4 percent as compared to the year 2008. US September sales go upto 1,581 as compared to 1,458 in 2008.
Boxster and Cayman sales are sharply increased by 326 in contrast to 195 for last year. Porsche 911 sales have also flourished with the net increase of 40 percent reaching 720 for September as compared to 516 last year.

So the September sales graph for nearly all the Porsche models is exceptionally outstanding and hopefully it will balance the overall sales graph of year 2009.
