2009 Bridgestone Ecopia EP150 offers 15% less rolling resistance

With the more concern on global warming and CO2 emissions, new eco friendly products are seen in the market everyday. Ecopia, a Bridgestone brand, works for the promotion of environment friendly atmosphere. Its aim is to reduce the CO2 emissions globally.
Aiming to achieve the same goal, Bridgestone has recently unveiled its new eco friendly tyre, ECOPIA EP150 in the Frankfurt Motor Show 2009.
The company claims that EP150 is capable to offer less rolling resistance that would result in better vehicle performance, low CO2 emissions, efficient braking performance and an enhanced fuel economy. The rolling resistance is reduced upto 15% as compared to the other currently used Bridgestone tyres with the 3% increase in fuel economy and 3% decrease in CO2 emissions.

Thanks to NanoPro-TechTM which has a lower rolling resistance coefficient. This technology has been properly employed in this tyre to have the optimum results. The new EP150 is best suited for small and medium sized vehicle users.
